Contest Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter is:
    Metier 2020 Pty Ltd of registered office address: 5 Action Road, Malaga
    The above mentioned company will be hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter.’
  2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  3. To enter the competition an entrant must provide complete and accurate details as requested and must be able and willing to prove identity when requested to do so.
  4. The entrant must also be residing in Australia to be eligible to enter the draw.
  5. Closing date for entry will be 1 August 2022. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
  8. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
  9. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  10. The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
  11. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  12. Winner will be drawn at random at 5 Action Road at 10am on 5th August 2022.
  13. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  14. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
  15. A years’ worth of bookkeeping includes the following:
    a. Reconciling transaction via the Xero accounting software against receipts, invoices and bills. Winner to ensure these are provided in a timely fashion.
    b. Completing BASs
    c. Completing yearly tax return for the winner’s trading entity as well as their personal tax return.
  16. A year’s worth of bookkeeping does not include
    1. ASIC secretarial work
    2. Payroll or administrative work
    3. Business and corporate advise
    4. Onsite visits
    5. Any work required not on the Xero accounting network.
  17. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. If it is deemed the prize isn’t appropriate to the winner, the Promotor at their absolute discretion may substitute the prize for a cash amount of $1000.
  18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  20. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  21. The winner’s name will be published on our website.
  22. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
